NHETC 2024 Live Conference Coverage

ACUE’s National Higher Education Teaching Conference is one of the organization’s most visible moments of the year, and covering it live on LinkedIn was a consistent part of my role. Over the course of the event, I wrote and published a series of posts in real time — capturing opening sessions, award presentations, attendee perspectives, and behind-the-scenes moments as they happened. All photography was my own, shot onsite throughout the conference. The posts had to be timely, accurate, and on-brand under event-day pressure, which meant writing quickly while staying attuned to what would resonate with our audience of higher education professionals. The reshared post featuring NASH’s award announcement is the one exception — that content came from a partner organization, and I added ACUE’s congratulatory framing to amplify it.
